Voice recordings are NOT stored permanently

We collect minimal device information for security purposes:

Device identifier (to prevent abuse of our service)
App version and platform information
This information is NOT linked to your identity

How We Use Information

Voice Commands: To convert your spoken instructions into workout timers
Security: To prevent unauthorized access to our backend services

Third-Party Services

OpenAI

We use OpenAI's services to process voice command text and create timer configurations. Voice text is sent to OpenAI's API and processed according to their privacy policy. We do not store or retain any data sent to OpenAI.

iOS Speech Recognition

Voice recognition is performed using Apple's built-in Speech Recognition framework, which operates according to Apple's privacy policy.

Data Storage and Retention

Local Storage: Your created timers are stored only on your device
Voice Data: Not stored - deleted immediately after processing
Server Logs: Anonymous request logs kept for 7 days for security monitoring

We do NOT:

Sell your data to third parties

Use your data for marketing purposes
Store voice recordings
